Jamie and Tim were amazing! The cleanout was supposed to take two days. Because of the extreme heat, their machines struggled and they had to bring out two extra trucks. BUT, because of their hard work, persistence, and willingness to stay until almost 7 pm, they got the job finished the same day. And, they hooked my washer and dryer back up for me when they came the next week to finish and get their drying equipment (it's the little things, really😁)! I had a really bad first experience from the first water midication company I went through and when Lamunyon came their work was amazing. Every aspect of their customer service was so good. Lamunyon Dry Out & Foundation Repair was contacted to assist in stabilizing our historic standpipe water tower. Lamunyon uses a process called Carbon Fiber Strapping and suggested using this on our tower.We worked with Ed who was very attentive and explained the whole process thoroughly. The crew that came to work on the tower kept us well informed during the process. Once completed, a few defects were discovered which Lamunyon handled immediately and professionally. The tower looks amazing and we feel we will get many more years from it now that the work has been completed.We would definitely recommend Lamunyon!

This business did an amazing job repairing the cracks in the concrete wall in my basement. There was a 2 man crew that came in and got to work fast. They kept everything clean and had an air purifier going the entire time to keep the concrete dust out of the air and off my furniture. Everything was cleaned up when they left and the basement walls took 24 hours to finish drying and setting up. I recommend this to anyone who needs a crack repaired in the walls of their basement or other structure. Great pricing kept me from needlessly spending thousands of extra dollars. They also have financing through another company to help you get the repairs you need.

I called because my dishwasher leaked and flooded my kitchen floor and was running into the basement below. A team of guys came in to get this taken care of immediately. Dustin was very informative about what needed to be done, showing me under my cabinets and what had been affected. Lance wanted to be sure there were no mold issues. Jed took care of my basement. Robert and Jamie removed my vinyl floor. Everyone explained various things to me as the job moved forward. Because of their swift action, I was able to get the water dried out immediately and the insurance adjuster did not have any issues with their bill. Apparently, insurance companies have these preferred companies they want you to use. However, I learned that you can pick the company you feel is best and insurance cannot tell you otherwise. In the end, my insurance company was pleased with everything Lamunyon did and had no issues paying the bill right away. I would use Lamunyon again in a heartbeat no matter what insurance says at first.

The Lamunyon team were professional, efficient, thorough, and friendly. They had to remove all of the walls creating a bedroom and half bath in the house I bought. The bedroom must have belonged to a teenager, as there was a collection of historic stickers (KSU and Manhattan High circa 1957) on the door and a wooden panel. I asked Lamunyon to save those bits of wood for me, and they were so accommodating; they managed to save and clean the entire door and panel, which was more than I expected. They went above and beyond the original spec, checking and removing a few bits of insulation and shelves in another cupboard. They left everything spotless, and Jamie walked me through everything they had done. The tests afterwards show far less mold in that basement than outside! I'm very pleased and would recommend Lamunyon to anyone.

My hot water heater had leaked all over my basement floor. This is the second time I have had to have Lamunyon come out to service us. Jed and Robert made it out to my place in a timely manner. I told both Jed and Robert what had happened, they both listened to me before explaining what would be done and made sure I understood everything that was going to happen . Robert and Jed were very thoughtful and respectful. The equipment was set and everything was contained properly. I interviewed several companies to do the finish the waterproofing along the other half of my basement, but your sales rep Cody and his asst.(sorry I don't recall his name) were very professional and presented a solution to me that no other company had. Instead of piers, which are usually 4-6" I-beams and would cost floor space, that are used to keep an interior wall from moving in, they suggested a NEW method of using Carbon Fiber straps that are permanently adhered to the concrete walls and Fasten to the studs of the house joists and are basically 1/8" thick. This was a great solution to my problem. Your crew of Caleb, Isaac, and Jordan were the HARDEST working guys ever! They worked 3 long days with only 30 min. for lunch. Caleb left me well-informed about my new sub pump and made sure everything was immaculate!! Will tell my friends!!!,

The guys from Lamunyon in Clay Center KS were absolutely amazing! Very friendly, hard working, and thorough guys. They came on time for appointments, and did a great job!Our sewer main backed up and flooded part of our basement from the bathroom down there. When the guys from Lamunyon showed up for clean up I had already bagged up all the affected trash and items and had it waiting in the driveway for them. While they were getting ready to start one of the guys did a thorough check of the area and found that the sewer water damage had extended much further into our garage than initially thought. They helped me clean out the other half of our garage and even helped me move my boyfriends motorcycle. I was highly impressed with their work ethic, and very greatful they helped me move that motorcycle. Very pleased with their communication and establishing estimates as well as the thorough inspection. The crew that preformed foundation repairs were knowledgeable and respectful. They stayed late to complete repairs in one day instead of the scheduled two days. They left my home and property in better condition then when they arrived. Lamunyon Restoration is an excellent provider of cleaning and restoration. When a pipe broke and flooded our basement, I phoned them and a tech came over in minutes to assess our damage and began the clean up of water. The next day, two techs came early morning and assessed what still needed to be dried; tore up destroyed flooring, removed it and set up more dryers and dehumidifiers. All the employees from the office to the techs were friendly, professional and excellent workers. They communicated with my home owner's insurance and everything was taken care of. We could not have asked for better quality service.

After an unexpected and untimely water leak in our basement, and a quick call to my insurance company, Lamunyon was dispatched to deal with the mess. To my surprise they arrived within a couple hours. After showing the team the damage area and signing the required paperwork, they quickly went into action. They took great care to protect the carpet leading to the basement as they brought in all of their equipment. I dreaded having to help them move furniture and all the other items that would be in the way but my involvement wasn't needed...they quickly and safely moved it all in an organized manner. They also took great pains to follow up every day, and ensure everything was complete and satisfactory before leaving (8 days). Thanks to all involved...you guys rock!!

Jaimie was great. Spent his entire weekend at our house on two emergency calls, and did so while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor the entire time. He explained what he was doing and did a thorough job. He took great care not to track anything through the house and kept a clean work space. He had great knowledge and was able to answer all of our questions. We will use Lamunyon again (hopefully we dont need to) in the future!

Being it was 12:30 AM when arriving on site to begin the work they were very polite and energetic to get the mess cleaned up. Lamunyon Cleaning and Restoration's Mike R. (and company) did an excellent job getting our basement dry once again. 5 industrial-strength fans, an industrial strength humidifier, and polite, helpful communication from Mike R. and his team. While I hope we don't need to call upon their services again, if we had another basement pipe burst, I would certainly ask Lamunyon Cleaning and Restoration to come back to clean up the mess.

Two hours after I reported our water damage to the insurance company, Lamunyon was at my house working to dry out our floors. They were efficient in diagnosing the problem and getting the right tools and machines to start the drying process. They checked on us every day and removed the (very loud) machinery as soon as it was finished.
